In this retreat you will gain insight into how to build an Integral Organisation. The three cornerstones of the week are experience, understanding, and application.
In the integral environment at Schartenhof, you will experience first-hand how an integral community shapes the day.
Through group sessions you will gain background knowledge on the integral theory and through personal work with the pillars of integral life practice you will expand your personal awareness.
At the end of the week you will be able to take home a backpack full of insights, ideas and knowledge around the integral philosophy to use in your organisation, company or community.
